The Connecticut month to month rental agreement allows for a person to lease a property on a short term arrangement. The landlord and tenant, according to Statute 47a-23, only have to give three (3) days notice to one another before the end of the lease term to change the terms of the agreement.
Termination
It is highly recommended to have written in the contract to have thirty (30) days’ notice to give the other party enough time to handle the change(s) to the terms and conditions.
