The Idaho Residential Lease Agreement is a form between and tenant seeking livable space and a landlord attempting to find a credible tenant to pay rent on a monthly arrangement. The contract is usually for a one (1) year term but it may be editing to account for any fixed time period as agreed by the parties.
The landlord is highly recommended to verify the tenant’s information by requiring them to fill in the rental application. This will allow the landlord to verify any and all references provided in relation to the tenant’s background, credit report, employer(s), and income. The landlord may also request other documents to help with the verification process such as pay-stubs or the previous years tax return.
