The Indiana rental application is used for a tenant to write their credentials and references in order to prove to the landlord that they may be able to afford the rent payment every month. An application fee is generally associated with submission that is non-refundable or is applied to the Security Deposit, depending on the landlord.
The prospective tenant will be asked to write down the following:
Current and Previous Addresses (Last five (5) years)
Employer’s Name and Phone Number
Gross Income Per Month
Social Security No.
Pets (if any)
Signature Giving Approval to Perform a Credit and Background Check
