The Arizona month to month lease, or Tenancy at Will, is a rental contract between a landlord and tenant that has no end date and continues as long as rent is paid. Either party has the option to cancel the agreement at anytime with notice to one another with at least thirty (30) days’ notice┬áthat is usually via Certified Mail with Return Receipt.

Helpful Tip

Due to identical eviction laws for long-term leases as short-term, the landlord is strongly advised to take the tenant’s credentials through the rental application. The potential tenant may have to wait up to three (3) days for all references to be contacted and a non-refundable fee may be assessed by the landlord.
