The Georgia Residential Lease Agreement is a standard one (1) year term that is usually authorized after the landlord approves the tenant after reviewing their rental application. The landlord may require any amount for the Security Deposit as there is no statutory limit. Once both parties agree and signed the contract, it becomes legal and enforceable by both parties.
