The Georgia sublease agreement is a contract between a person that is under a lease (sublessor) seeking someone else (sublessee) to occupy and pay monthly rent. The amount of space the sublessor may decide to allow for livable use may be a portion, such as a room, or the entire home or apartment. Most standard lease agreements have a section that addresses subletting. So it is important that the sublessor is not breaking the master lease or they will have to seek the written approval from the landlord/manager.
